I went through a fairly standard multi-round flow that started with an online assessment and then moved into a sequence of interviews.

Round one was the assessment, and then the next technical interview covered the experience I’d listed along with my technical expertise.

After that came a managerial round, and then finally an HR discussion. Across the interviews, I kept noticing that they wanted depth: they expected me to explain details from my resume rather than just name technologies and move on.

Even though the process felt organized, I didn’t get an offer. What lingered with me was how much they drilled into my past claims—when I had to back things up with specifics, that was where the pressure really landed.
