My process ended up taking a long time, and it felt like the competition was tough.

I went through many stages, and most of them were online interviews before an assessment test. What surprised me was the extra kind of evaluation inside the overall flow: there was a security check that tested how fast I could stay alert and respond actively while working through the required steps.

Once I got deeper into the sequence, the overall pace kept building toward a big superday where questions came quickly and I had to stay sharp across topics without getting flustered. The interviewers I encountered were generally nice, and I liked that they kept things moving instead of dragging.
