After a recruiter phase, my technical process ended up feeling pretty focused.

I had three filters/interviews total, and the whole thing took around 35 minutes. The technical part was built around Java and Angular, with a mix of intro context and a deeper look at OOP.

The coding portion felt smoother than I expected. The interviewer was clear about the problem and kept things within the allotted time, and the tooling (through the Karat platform) gave me solid compilation and code-completion support across the languages being used. I left feeling like I understood what I was being evaluated on and that the session was run in a controlled way.
