My first round involved a pair of interviewers: one associate and one VP, both for about 30 minutes.

The conversation mixed behavioral questions with technical ones, and when I answered technical points, they followed up to test whether I really understood the underlying logic. After that, the later evaluation shifted further into a style where they tested both the work ethic and technical grasp, and it moved quickly—my timing matched roughly that fast, decision-oriented feel before I later heard back quickly.
