Citadel Full Stack Engineer interview experience

There were three rounds: a screening first, then a technical round, and finally a team round. The whole thing was described as fitting into an hour interview window.

Even though each round was short, the structure was clear: early screening to filter, then coding-focused evaluation, and then a team-oriented discussion. I didn’t end up with an offer, and my main impression was how condensed the evaluation felt—there wasn’t a lot of time for back-and-forth, so you had to make decisions and communicate quickly.
