I started with a 30-minute online assessment where I had to crank through 15 probability-focused problems as quickly as possible.

The questions were very distribution-y and Bayesian: Bayes’ theorem showed up, along with Markov chain style thinking and general probability/distribution questions. Even though they were “just” probability, the time pressure made everything feel tighter than I expected.

After the assessment, I moved into phone interviews that were also probability-centric. The vibe stayed technical throughout, and it felt like they wanted speed plus correctness more than anything else.
