The OA stage was two HackerRank questions with a reasonable amount of time, but I was the main reason it went poorly—I remember being overly nervous.

The first question was about connecting servers and finding the shortest path, kind of a graph-style problem.

The second question felt different enough that it didn’t follow the exact same theme, but I stayed focused on applying the right graph logic and making sure I handled edge cases. Even though the time limits weren’t wildly tight, my nerves made everything feel harder than it probably was.

I didn’t receive an offer. What I learned from that experience was how quickly even a “manageable” OA can turn stressful if the mental state isn’t steady.
