My journey started with an online assessment and then moved into an interview experience focused on modeling and how I’d approach data science problems.

In the round after the test, I was put into a fast-paced “race to face” style interview where we talked through questions around my modeling approach to industrial data science.

I felt like the discussion was genuinely about how I think and structure problems rather than just memorizing a specific algorithm. I did get invited to the next interview, but the process didn’t continue because I became ill afterward, which meant I couldn’t see how far it would have gone.
