After a recruiter stage, I ended up at a longer Zoom superday that felt like a full day in condensed form.

The biggest piece was a group trading game, where the whole point was to make decisions over time and justify how I was thinking about probability, expected value, and strategy. After the game, I went through three separate individual interviews. Each of those covered both behavioral and technical material, with technical problems that were also tied to scenario-style reasoning—again very probability and expected-value driven, not just plug-and-chug math.
