My process started with a two-hour online assessment, followed by a 45-minute technical interview.

I managed to get to the first interview and was waiting for feedback before moving forward.

At the time, it felt like it was a real step-by-step process—longer coding work first, then a live technical session—rather than a single quick screen. I never ended up continuing past that point, so I never reached the later stages.

Even though it was structured, I was left with uncertainty because I was still waiting for feedback when the process effectively stalled.
