Santa Cruz, CAPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I finished the OA, I was contacted a few weeks later for the technical portion, and then a few days after that I got invited to the final round.

The overall process felt straightforward, just stretched out by waiting.

The final round ended up being a mix of behavioral and technical. I remember it being pretty normal in format—just another scheduled conversation—except for how the process went quiet afterward. Eventually, I was effectively ghosted after that final round interview.

I didn’t get to understand what was missing or whether there was any additional step I’d missed, and that uncertainty stuck with me more than the actual interview questions did. Overall, everything was easy to navigate until the end.
