My journey started when a manager reached out to me by phone.

The next step was a take-home technical coding test that I received and then emailed back the next day.

After a review of the take-home work, I was scheduled for an in-house formal interview with multiple managers. Those interviews included a technical review of the coding test, with a couple of team members walking through aspects of what I submitted.

It was an involved process because of the test plus the internal review. I didn’t receive an offer, but the way they anchored part of the discussion to my own code made it feel grounded in the actual work I produced.
