I started with a recruiter screen with basic questions, then moved into an online assessment.

After that came a combined behavioral and technical interview covering language concepts and sorting algorithms, plus some discussion of my technical background. The interview had flexibility to be either virtual or in-person.

The whole path was quick enough that I got a response about a week later. Even though I didn’t get an offer in the end, the process felt efficient and clear, and it didn’t drag through many extra rounds.

What stood out was how the technical questions were grounded in fundamental programming concepts rather than obscure material, alongside a short behavioral component.
