Belgrade, Central SerbiaPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was quick, taking about three weeks from start to finish, and it ran through recruiter and team stages.

I interviewed in Belgrade in September 2024, and the flow began with a recruiter conversation from HR.

After that, I had two technical interviews where the focus shifted from initial screening into direct evaluation by the team. Then the final stage was an interview with the team leader.

The experience felt organized end-to-end, and it carried that “final decision” weight once it reached the team leader stage. I did not end up with an offer, but the process itself felt relatively smooth and well-paced, and it clearly followed a progression rather than jumping around.
