Ann Arbor, MIPosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a full-stack role related to Cisco Duo, and the whole thing was remote.

The process dragged to about four weeks, mostly because scheduling got postponed. The recruiters were genuinely helpful and kept me updated instead of going quiet.

It started with a phone recruiter screen that was easy to talk through, and once that ended it took a couple of weeks for the actual interview week to kick off. There were several candidates interviewing around the same time, and Cisco even ran virtual seminars so people could learn about the company and programs—those sessions gave me a clearer sense of what they cared about.

When interviews began, the first one was behavioral.
