My first step was more personal than technical: I had a meeting meant to get to know me.

After that, the process moved into a two-step technical portion spread across two different dates, where the questions were aimed at specific problems they expected someone in the role might face.

That structure was straightforward—meet first, then test technical knowledge in two separate sessions. I left the process without an offer, and I remember thinking that the biggest differentiator was how clearly my experience mapped to the kinds of problems they asked about.
