BengaluruPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I applied online and ended up interviewing at Cisco in Bengaluru through a hackathon.

The program was held at the office and was focused on hiring interns, so the bar felt different from a typical coding interview.

They ran an initial test and the process was designed to filter for interns through the hackathon experience itself. The interviewers I interacted with seemed good, but the overall difficulty was high, and it was difficult to get through to the final stage. I didn’t end up getting an offer.
