The recruiter kept me updated the whole way, and honestly it made the process feel calm from the start.

I signed in early for each interview just in case anything glitched, and it helped—almost every interviewer joined before the scheduled time. Everyone I spoke with was genuinely kind, and the vibe was positive, like people were happy to be working at Cisco.

The process still felt structured and professional, but the standout part was how smoothly it ran and how easy it was to communicate with the interviewers. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the overall experience was one of the best I’d had because the pacing, communication, and friendliness were all consistently there.
