My process started with coding work right away, and then it quickly turned into a chain of technical checkpoints.

The OA experience was typical DSA territory—dynamic programming and graph concepts showed up—and I ended up doing two technical rounds before HR. Between the coding rounds and the behavioral step, the interviewers kept circling back to fundamentals and to explaining how I approached the problems.

When I got to the technical-managerial piece, it shifted toward system design and high-level design. That round felt less about language tricks and more about structuring a solution. The HR/ETR-style conversation ended up feeling more like confirmation of fit rather than a high-stakes pass/fail
