My process started with a phone conversation that included technical questions about the language used in the role, which was Python.

After that, I had a technical on-site test that involved writing code.

Then there was an additional written exam focused on knowledge related to object-oriented programming. The overall difficulty was average, and the structure was very test-heavy, with multiple evaluation steps.

I didn’t get an offer, and the reflection I had was that the process mainly measured fundamentals and written ability rather than a longer conversation about architecture or projects.
