My first step was a short 15-minute phone call with the team’s recruiter.

After I passed that, I moved into an interview with the team and group lead.

That interview blended personal questions with technical ones, and the technical portion focused on a project I had done. The whole experience was described as average difficulty.

I didn’t receive an offer, but the process felt more direct than many others—first alignment with HR and recruiter, then deeper attention to my actual project work with the team leads.
