Circle K Operations Manager interview experience

My process was a lot slower and more frustrating than I expected.

I had to go through two interviews, and then I had to wait as long as three weeks for the background check to come back. It really felt out of proportion for what was effectively a minimum-wage role.

I was rehiring for a position that was badly needed, so I expected things to move faster, but the timeline didn’t match the urgency. What I took away from it was that performance targets seemed to drive decisions more than employee stability, and that made the whole experience feel pretty disheartening while I was waiting.
