I had an interview that looked promising, but the overall timeline and follow-through were poor enough that I felt forced to stop.

HR scheduling call — HR insisted I attend the interview the next day.
Interview session — A one-hour call that went well, with the panel indicating a second technical round would be arranged soon.
No-shows from HR — After waiting several days, I got no follow-up; calls and emails also went unanswered. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that delayed communication can make an otherwise positive interview experience turn into wasted time.
