I went through a harder, more platform-based technical evaluation using common assessments plus a virtual interview and manager/HR conversations.

Online assessment (platform) — HackerEarth-style questions covering resume projects, sorting/time complexity, OOPS basics, and DBMS concepts (SQL vs NoSQL, MySQL queries).
Virtual technical interview — A standard virtual interview covering typical tech fundamentals.
Manager round — Managerial discussion after the technical steps.
HR round — HR evaluation step at the end. Outcome: I didn’t move forward; overall difficulty felt difficult, and the process emphasized broad fundamentals and assessment-style testing.
