Waltham, MAPosted Nov 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went from a tech phone screen into a longer on-site that focused on both algorithms and object-oriented design.

Tech phone screen — about an hour; I answered two technical questions: one algorithms problem and one OOD question, plus a few behavioral questions.
Onsite (4 hours total) — I continued through the on-site portion after the phone screen, with the overall day described as longer and more in-depth than the initial screen.
Outcome: I did not receive an offer, but the interviews were described as pleasant/non-intimidating overall, and I expected follow-up within about a week.
