I went through a demanding, repeated deep technical sequence with multiple design-and-DS discussions spread across rounds.

Online coding test (Hackerrank) — an initial screening via Hackerrank.
F2F: design + data structures — about a two-hour discussion focused on design and deep data-structure reasoning.
Techno-managerial round — a managerial-technical hybrid check.
F2F: design + data structures again — another full technical discussion with similar depth, emphasizing the need for strong design and data-structure knowledge.
Outcome: I did not get an offer, but the overall feel was that they were assessing sustained technical depth rather than quick problem-solving.
