I came into the process through an online application, and the interviews I went through felt pretty chill overall.

The early structure followed a familiar finance rhythm: typical “why this team” and “why this type of role,” plus a “why lev fin” style prompt. Then it shifted into situational behavioral questions, and the session ended with a portion where I got time to ask questions back.

I also had a small networking component where I connected briefly with analysts and HR. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, but the whole thing felt a bit disorganized and last minute. The timing wasn’t perfectly smooth, though it didn’t feel personal—it seemed like the process kicked off earlier than expected.
