I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at Chubb through multiple recruiter and technical rounds, and it felt generally comfortable and not overly time-pressured.

Recruiter screen — a preliminary call to learn about the role and confirm fit.
Interview with Head of BI (plus technical questions) — a remote-possible interview (I did in-person in London) where I talked about myself beyond my CV, learned about company direction and responsibilities, and answered some technical questions alongside a senior developer.
Second Head of BI + senior stakeholder discussion — a follow-up conversation focused on business relations and how I’d collaborate across stakeholders. Outcome: No offer, but it was a genuinely welcoming interview
