Chubb Software Engineer interview experience

Instead of isolated questions, I had to work through a partially completed project and get it to function properly.

Once that was done, I had two technical interviews. They were mainly about how I thought through implementation details rather than just whether I could recall definitions. After those technical discussions, I finished with a general interview with non-technical stakeholders.

The whole loop ended with me receiving an offer, and the experience felt structured from start to finish—like each stage was clearly building toward the next.
