I started with a brief recruiter touchpoint and then ended up with a single interview that felt more like a competency check than anything meant to trip me up.

The interviewer(s) were very patient and friendly, and they explicitly leaned on the STAR style for behavioral answers, even walking through what they were looking for in terms of how I presented my strengths and impact.

The questions mostly pulled from my past projects and experiences. When behavioral prompts came up—like describing how I handled conflict—I answered in a structured way and kept tying my example back to learning and collaboration. There was also a small technical moment at the end: a programming question that was framed as straightforward, not a long coding grind.
