Chevron Phillips Chemical Software Engineer interview experience

I ended up doing a round-robin style conversation with people from both the business side and HR, so it wasn’t just one perspective in the room.

The whole session lasted about 45 minutes. Everyone I spoke with was cordial and professional, and the format was clean and organized. I remember it feeling low-drama, but I didn’t get an offer from it.
