Chainlink Labs Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

My experience with the actual team interviews felt positive, which was the surprising part.

The disappointment came from how the hiring process felt overall—despite the company’s public values, I perceived discriminatory practices in the way they handled hiring.

That contrast left me feeling like the recruitment side wasn’t aligned with what the organization claims to stand for. Even with a good interview atmosphere, it made the whole process feel disappointing and not worth it for me.
