My interview journey felt distinctly heavy on practical, hands-on evaluation.

I went through a three-round sequence that started with HR, then moved into a technical round, and finally ended with a techno-managerial discussion. The technical part ran long—about an hour and fifteen minutes—and it wasn’t just conceptual questions.

During that stretch, I faced domain-focused questions and some calculation-style thinking, and I had to do a screen-share activity tied to the role. I worked through user stories on the spot and talked through acceptance criteria, which was stressful because it required me to perform in real time rather than just describe what I’d done before.
