Cencora Accountant interview experience

I ended up with just two conversations: a call with the recruiter and then a call with the hiring manager. The whole thing took under two weeks end to end, and the offer came through a couple days after my final interview.

The hiring manager conversation matched what I expected—straightforward discussion and alignment on what the role would involve. The recruiter call set the context well, and because the position was fairly specific (an accountant role with UK knowledge and interest, based in Lithuania), it felt a bit different from the “standard” accounting tracks I’d seen elsewhere.
