I applied through a career fair and then got a call the next day for a one-on-one interview.

The conversation lasted about an hour and was mostly about my previous experience.

They asked about Agile and how it works, and the tone felt like the interviewer was trying to connect my background to how the team might run day-to-day. It wasn’t a heavy coding moment—more of a discussion grounded in my practical experience.

I left feeling like they understood what I’d done before, and I ended up getting an offer.
