I set up my interview through a campus job fair, and the overall process felt streamlined.

What I took away immediately was that they looked for traits beyond just credentials—especially a genuine desire to learn and strong communication.

I didn’t feel like I was navigating a complicated labyrinth of steps. The way things moved made it seem like they had a clear screening approach and were trying to find the right profile for the internship program.

I ended up being selected, and the main feeling I remember was how smoothly it flowed and how intentional it seemed about the traits they prioritized.
