Seattle, WAPosted Mar 2018 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I waited a couple of months after applying, then got an email from the recruiter to schedule an interview in the following two weeks.

The interview itself was a video call with two engineers and lasted about an hour.

A couple weeks after that, I received an offer and was given four days to decide. What I found slightly disappointing was that the recruiter’s communication pace could have been faster, and I didn’t have more than a weekend to think through the decision.

Still, the overall experience ended positively with an offer, just with a compressed timeline for deciding.
