The process started normally enough with standard early steps, including some assessments and a short Teams interview.

I was then invited to an assessment center, and I planned for it as scheduled. The day before, I found out it was postponed due to a limited number of assessors.

What made it stand out was how poorly the communication landed. The assessment center kept getting pushed back, and I didn’t receive replies through the recruitment email channel. I tried calling the number they provided, but it went straight to voicemail. I remember the frustration being constant as the timeline shifted, even after I’d already committed time and travel plans.

I eventually decided not to attend the assessment
