The process began with my project, and they used that as a springboard to check my C++ skills.

We went through that in a way that felt educational and genuinely useful, not just evaluative. I was confident walking into it, and I remember the conversation moving into what I had built and what my role involved.

They also asked me to introduce myself, so there was both the narrative piece and the hands-on technical validation. The overall difficulty felt average, and the questions didn’t drag out in a way that made me feel stuck. I didn’t receive an offer, but what stayed with me was that it felt like they were trying to understand my capabilities, not simply test me for the sake of it.
