My process started with a written test, and then I had to get through a group discussion before moving to a face-to-face interview.

The written stage seemed aimed at basics, especially things like strength of materials, manufacturing process and operations research.

After that, the group discussion was the next gate, and then I ended up with an in-person conversation. I didn’t get an offer, but the overall journey felt like a sequence of filters where each round tried to confirm fundamentals before letting me go deeper. The part that was most memorable was realizing how much the early stages focused on technical foundations rather than purely behavioral fit.
