My start was an online test in a virtual format.

After I completed it, I was shortlisted and then scheduled for pre-placement discussion and a group discussion. That sequence made the process feel like it was moving along quickly, and I could tell they cared about both discussion and performance.

I wasn’t able to attend the final interview after that, so I couldn’t complete the full loop. I left knowing I’d done the initial assessment part, but I never got the chance to convert that into the next technical and behavioral steps. The main thing that stayed with me was how far the process got before it stalled on scheduling for me.
