My process started with a single round of online assessment, followed by a GD and then technical and HR interviews.

The GD was on common topics and wasn’t technical, which made the whole flow feel like it alternated between communication and engineering/fit.

The rest of the process was described as smooth, and it matched how it felt: no major disruptions, and the rounds connected logically. The difficulty came through as average, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed by the structure. Even so, I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the experience was orderly enough that I could focus on expressing myself clearly, even though the final decision didn’t go my way.
