IndiaPosted Aug 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I tried to interview for the Software Engineer role, but the process felt unusually bad and discouraging.

Multiple interviews with poor signal — The process involved many rounds/interviewers simultaneously, and I felt treated as disposable.
Unclear feedback / no closure — After investing time, I received no useful feedback.
Interviewer readiness issues — The interviewer seemed not to be in the right mindset to run the interview. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway was a lack of respect and transparency throughout the process.
