I went through a whole-day process that felt difficult and puzzle-heavy, where multiple technical rounds came before a final HR discussion.

Telephonic interview — first call with technical questions in the language I knew.
Screening interview — a technical screening round.
Technical rounds (early in the process) — mostly puzzles.
HR round (final) — behavioural/fit questions after the technical evaluation.

Outcome: Rejected (no offer); the takeaway was that the company prioritized puzzle aptitude and technical consistency over comfort.
