I had a less smooth experience where the early steps weren’t the main issue—the communication and interview setup were.

Aptitude / written test — I took a multi-section aptitude-style evaluation.
Technical interview — I expected coding questions after the written round, plus some HR-style elements.
System design + HR follow-up — In other steps of my process, a system-design round and HR were included.
Logistics/coordination failures — In one case, the interview details weren’t shared as scheduled, and I only heard back afterward with an unhelpful status update. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the biggest takeaway was that the process felt unprofessional and hard to rely on.
