My experience started with applying online and then getting a quick call to schedule.

When I came in, the interview was one-on-one and pretty laid back. The conversation stayed focused on general, scripted-style questions—mostly about customer service, my retail background if I had any, and how I came across as positive and upbeat.

There was a “get to know you” feel where the manager read from a short set of questions and wanted to see how I would answer in real time. At times it felt like the interview was moving mainly because it had to, but I still got the sense they were paying attention to how I described my experience and whether I sounded dedicated to customer service.
