Cambridge, MAPosted Jan 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process took about two weeks end to end, including the usual HR step, a phone conversation, and then an onsite.

The recruiter team felt genuinely helpful and professional, and they kept things moving without dragging. After the onsite, I got a quick follow-up call where I received feedback, and I was even given an oral offer.

What stood out to me most was how transparent and straightforward they were. They told me ahead of time that there wasn’t a need to go back and forth on compensation negotiation. The formal offer letter landed the very next day after that initial feedback/offer call. Overall, it felt like a well-run process with a clear path once they decided to move forward.
