My loop was brief and tightly scoped: first an HR interview, followed by a technical round delivered via CodePad.

The technical part felt challenging, and I had the sense the team was looking for specific depth rather than surface-level answers.

I remember being told I would receive feedback, but that didn’t end up happening. The only consistent positive thread was that I spoke with a couple of people during the process, and both were professional and polite.

I didn’t get an offer, and what made the experience stick was the lack of follow-through on feedback. It felt like the technical round was the main event, but the “after” part was missing.
