Cargill Software Engineer interview experience

Once it was time for the interview, it felt very smooth and low-pressure: it was mostly behavior-based questions, with very little technical questioning. The interview panel was made up of a few people—anywhere from three to six—and they kept the conversation focused on my background and how I’d think about situations.

Overall, the questions were easy and the interview usually took around an hour. Walking out, I didn’t feel like I was being tested with deep technical material; it was more about how I came across and how I worked through day-to-day scenarios.
