Centreville, VAPosted Feb 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My interview timeline was pretty compact: an HR screen, then an online coding step, and finally a last technical interview.

It took about a month overall, and the experience left me feeling good. The HR interaction in particular stood out to me as genuinely attentive and careful about any questions I had.

The coding wasn’t framed as the hardest part of the process, and the later technical conversation felt like a normal continuation of the earlier stages. Compared to more stressful hiring processes I’d seen, this one felt lighter and more organized. I walked away with a positive impression of how seriously they treated candidate communication, even though I didn’t secure an offer from it.
